Where Carnatic Meets Global — The Most Structured Way to Learn Violin, Anywhere.
Soul Swara was born from a simple belief — the violin speaks every musical language. We bridge the heritage of Carnatic strings with the rigor of a global method, so learners anywhere can go from their first note to the stage.
Meet Karthick Iyer
Karthick Iyer is an Indian violinist, vocalist, composer, performer, and the founder of IndoSoul — a contemporary music project that blends Indian classical depth with global musical influences. With over 30 years of experience in acoustic and electric violin, Karthick began his journey as a Carnatic violinist before expanding into film, world, and contemporary music. He has collaborated with leading artists and music directors including A.R. Rahman, Raghu Dixit, Susheela Raman, and Vikku Vinayakram, performing across India, the USA, UK, Europe, Australia, and Asia. Rooted in the idea of bringing together diverse musical cultures while retaining a strong Indian identity, his work through IndoSoul bridges traditional and contemporary styles through original compositions, live performances, and cross-cultural collaborations. IndoSoul has reached millions of listeners online and been featured across international festivals, concert stages, leadership summits, and global music platforms. Alongside performance and composition, Karthick is passionate about inspiring the next generation of musicians and creating greater access to violin learning and Indian music globally.
